Who we are
A member firm of Grant Thornton International since 2008, Studio Bernoni is the brainchild of Giuseppe Bernoni. The firm was founded in 1961 and in 1964 became an associated partnership, which, at the time, was a totally new approach to the accounting profession in Italy. The firm delivers a wide variety of services, ranging from tax and legal to advisory services. Payroll and accounting assistance is also provided.

Where we are
We have offices in both Milan and Rome. Our Milan offices are situated in the heart of the city. The Rome office is strategically placed to serve southern Italy and facilitate public sector contacts.

How we work
A thorough understanding of each client’s business and a timely response to its needs alongside an integrated and highly-qualified approach to every issue drive the firm’s handling of each assignment. Our portfolio of clients includes SMEs, privately held businesses and some listed companies, many of which have interests in foreign markets.
